Our seasonal team members don’t just play a part; they become the authors of childhood wonder, creating unforgettable memories of the day they travelled into Santa’s hidden realm and trained to become honorary Guardians of Elven.

How To Apply
Step into our story book like world and become an Elven character that lives on in children’s memories forever! Whether it’s a shop keeper, cleaner, cook or craft maker, a barman, a Postmaster or Portal gatekeeper, every character in our magical world plays a crucial part of a story that fills visitors full of wonder.
If you’d like to be part of this amazing team, our recruitment is now open for 2026! We are looking for team members in the following areas: All roles are costumed characters with exception of uniformed parking and check in staff.
- Parking attendants
- Arrivals Check in
- Food & beverage characters – servers, food preparation and fire pit.
- Retail / Sales characters – includes gift shop, sweet shop, photo sales
- Activity team characters – includes craft making and prize game stalls
- Multi cover characters, for breaks of Retail/Sales/Activity/Food positions.
- Cleaning crew characters
- Elf performers – grotto and Toy workshop areas and portals
- Father Christmas – the master toy maker himself
The visitor Portal to the Land of Elven is open on selected dates from 20th November to Christmas Eve, but all applicants must be available on the 14th November 2026 for training.
We do not offer any on-site accommodation and all applicants must have access to reliable daily transport to our venue at CH7 4SQ. Public transport is limited at our location and not suitable for the shift working patterns.
