After receiving your Grotto Gift and Certificate it’s time to make your way to Departures and meet the Gatekeeper, an enigmatic Elf responsible for your safe travel between dimensions.
The Magical Portals between the Reindeer Lodge and the Land of Elven are ancient stargate archways forged from timeless Elven magic, with 50m of shimmering lighting tunnels and spellbinding special effects that transport you between the magical worlds.
